Module 5: Becoming Limitless

Expectations:
In this session, we'll discuss the tools to move past our limitations, and practice some brief exercises of shifting out of fear-based operation to creativity-based operation.

Exercise:
Watch the video and do the practices.
Repeat these practices several times a day. Start to incorporate them into your daily routine. Aim for 15 minutes per day, broken out over several sessions (3 minutes every 3 hours or so).

PRACTICES: Pattern Interrupt
These practices are intended to help you intentionally disrupt the automatic habits in thoughts/feelings/responses and switch from unconscious (fear-based) mindset into conscious (love/creativity/critical thinking) mindset.

You can repeat the practice audios as often as you like. Aim for 15 minutes per day, broken out over several sessions (3 minutes every 3 hours or so).

Any time you notice yourself having negative thoughts or emotions, stop and do one of these practices. After you've experienced the practices I have offered here, you may find a way to get creative and make these practices your own. The key is to focus on the present, what is real, and what you can notice
without judgment.

It is natural for your mind to wander. Just notice that it has done so, and bring your awareness back.
